Central Banks´ Reserves

There are 8 open major Central Banks:

• US Federal Reserve Bank (USD)
• European Central Bank (EUR) 
• Bank of England (GBP) 
• Bank of Japan (JPY)
• Swiss National Bank (CHF)
• Bank of Canada (CAD)
• Reserve Bank of Australia (AUD)
• Reserve Bank of New Zealand (NZD)

In their webs we can check out the percentage of foreign reserves they hold. In any case, we know the USD is still the biggest reserve in the world (62%), followed by the euro (27%). The rest: GBP (by the way it´s increasing), JPY, CHF, CAD, AUD are minor options.
